The reporter also found on a certain recruitment website that a large number of job postings for elevator installation personnel are posted every day, many of which have no threshold and "no education or experience restrictions".

In addition, some elevator maintenance companies compete for market share through "low price bidding", making maintenance easy to turn into "repair". Under normal circumstances, the annual maintenance cost for an elevator in a 30 story residential building should be around 8000 to 9000 yuan

A person familiar with the elevator industry in Taiyuan said that some maintenance companies were able to win the bid for two to three thousand yuan far below the cost price.
