Detailed Description and Debugging Guide of Monek Keypad Functions

F0 (floor and direction of operation information): When powered on, the default data menu display is F0. The last two digits of the 3-digit digital display show the current floor where the elevator is located, and the first digit of the digital display is used for direction display. When the elevator is stopped, the first digital display does not show. When the elevator is going up or down, the digital display indicates the direction of the up or down movement. In the event of a system malfunction (previously there was no malfunction), the digital display will automatically switch to flashing fault codes. If the fault disappears automatically, it will enter the F0 menu display.


F1 (Run Floor Command Input): After entering the data menu of F1 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the minimum floor of the elevator (as shown in the system function parameter table F6-01). The UP key can be used to change the data settings, ranging from the minimum floor to the maximum floor. After selecting the data, press the SET key to save it, and the elevator will run towards the destination floor. The elevator will run to the designated floor and automatically switch to the F0 data menu.


F2 (Fault Reset): After entering the data menu of F2 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". The UP key can be used to change the data settings, ranging from 0 to 1, where 1 represents the system fault reset command. At this time, press the SET key to save and clear the current system fault. Then automatically switch to the F0 data menu.


F3 (time display): After entering the data menu of F3 through the PRG, UP, SET keys, the digital display will cycle to show the time, such as "08-08-00".


F4 (contract number display): After entering the data menu of F4 through the PRG, UP, SET keys, the data in the menu is the user's contract number.


F5 (Run Count Display): After entering the data menu of F5 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display will cycle to show the run count, such as "100000", with a maximum display of 999999 times.


F6: Reserved. Users are prohibited from setting this function, otherwise it is dangerous!


F7 (floor self-learning command input): After entering the data menu of F7 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". You can use the UP key to change the data settings, ranging from 0 to 1, where 1 represents the system floor self-learning command. Press the SET key to save. When the self-learning conditions are met, the elevator starts to learn and switches to displaying the F0 data menu. After self-learning is completed, F7 automatically returns to 0.


F8 (test parameters): After entering the data menu of F8 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows 00, and the setting range of F8 is 00-04, representing 00- no function; 01- Blockade external calls; 02- Lock the door open; 03- Blockade overload; 04- Lock the limit switch.


After the user sets it, press the SET key to confirm. The digital display will flash and show "E88", indicating that the elevator is currently in testing mode. When the key is pressed to exit, the PRG F8 value will automatically return to zero. In addition, when the main control board keypad enters the group and is in the F8 function mode for testing, the SET key is equivalent to the door closing button.

Main commonly used functions:


1. Call Elevator Operation - F-1: Equivalent to an internal call elevator


2. View fault - F-2:1: Clear the current fault; 2: Loop display of fault records, fault codes, sub codes, and fault time


3. Door opening and closing control - F-6: motherboard displays 1-1, UP: door opening; SET: Close the door; PRG: Exit


4. Well self-learning - F-7:1 and 2 are both used for well self-learning commands (1: Do not clear FR group leveling adjustment data 2: Clear FR group leveling adjustment data)


5. Test Run - F-8:1-4 Shielding External Recruitment, Door Opening, Overload and Limit Operation, 6: Enter Slip Mode, 7: UCMP Manual Test, 8: Brake Force Test, 9: Balance Coefficient Measurement, 10: Slip Quantity Measurement.


At this time, the motherboard displays E88: indicating that the shielding function is running, not a fault code


6. Motor tuning - F-A: 1: Motor with load tuning, 2: No load tuning


7. Car roof monitoring - F-B: monitoring the input and output status of the car roof panel


6. Change direction of operation - F-C: Used when the direction of operation is different from the given direction




UCMP manual test F-8=7


Experimental conditions:


The maintenance switch is effective, the elevator stops at the door area position, and the door lock is kept closed.


Test method:


1. The door lock must be closed under the condition that the maintenance switch is valid


2. Set F-8 to 7 or F3-24 to 2 on the function code keypad, activate the UCMP test function, and the motherboard displays E88. At this point, disconnect the door lock circuit.


3. Manually press and hold the up or down button for maintenance, the door contactor outputs, the door lock is short circuited, and the elevator starts running normally for maintenance


4. After the elevator leaves the door area during operation, the hardware UCMP module will cancel the short circuit of the door lock. At this time, the elevator will report E65 (UCMP fault) and stop running.


Other instructions:


1) Setting F-8 to 7 is invalid, and setting F3-24 to 2 is invalid if it is not under maintenance or the door area or lock is invalid.


2) After setting F-8 to 7 or F3-24 to 2, it will automatically reset after running once and automatically reset after power failure.


Manual test of brake force for holding brake F-8=8




1. Under maintenance conditions, set F-8=8.


At this time, the elevator shields the internal and external signs, shields the door opening, and keeps the door lock connected. If the door is not closed, it will automatically close.


2. After the door lock is effective, the star sealing contactor outputs and the running contactor outputs.


3. The DSP operation command is valid, and the DSP outputs torque for detecting the braking force.


4. The DSP reported the end of the brake force detection, and the control board closed the output of the star contactor and operated the contactor output.


5. F7-9 displays the test results.


6. Outbound and door functions have returned to normal.


When the F7-9 test result is 2, it indicates that the braking force is not qualified


When F7-9=2, immediately report E66, the fault cannot be reset.


E66 reset requires retesting of the brake force and a result of 1 before resetting.


Balance coefficient detection F-8=9


Set the keypad to 9 on F-8 and start balance coefficient detection. At this time, the outbound call will display the "⊙" symbol


Step 1: After setting F-8 to 9, the last balance coefficient XXP (P represents Percent percentage) will be automatically displayed. Step 2: The elevator will automatically run to the lowest floor and keep the door open. At this time, the keypad will flash and display 0.0P. Wait for the load to be placed, enter the corresponding load (for example, 40.0, represents 40.0%), long press the SET button, the floor information will be displayed, and the balance coefficient detection will begin;


Step 3: The elevator will automatically run from the lowest floor to the highest floor, and then run to the lowest floor again, displaying 0P. Remove the heavy object and press and hold the SET button at this time


Step 4: The elevator will automatically run from the lowest floor to the highest floor and then run to the lowest floor again


Step 5: The small keyboard will automatically display the balance coefficient. XXP, If adjusting the coefficient XX, holding down the SET button will display how much load is needed or reduced. At this time, holding down the PRG button will exit the balance coefficient detection


be careful:


1】 When detecting the balance coefficient, short press the SET button to switch between UP or DOWN


2】 When detecting the balance coefficient, the internal and external call signals will be blocked


3】 When detecting the balance coefficient, if the elevator is in an abnormal operating state, it will exit the balance coefficient detection;


4】 The abnormal result shows 0 percent, indicating that there is not much difference in the collected current between unloaded and loaded, or that the weight of the car is greater than that of the counterweight




Slip detection F-8=10




Set F-8 to 10 on the keypad to start the slip experiment, and the outbound call will display the "⊙" symbol


Step 1: The elevator will automatically run to the lowest floor and begin a slip test;


Step 2: The elevator will automatically run from the lowest floor to the highest floor and then to the lowest floor;


Step 3: The small keyboard will automatically display the slip amount "[XXX" "] XXX" (in centimeters) for 10 seconds, and then display E88 to indicate the end of the experiment. Press the PRG button on the small keyboard to exit the slip amount experiment


be careful:


1】 During slip detection, both internal and external call signals will be blocked


2】 If the elevator is in an abnormal operating state during slip detection, it will exit the slip detection.

The keypad consists of three digital tubes and three buttons. The information display and simple command input of the controller can be completed through the keypad.


The partial appearance of the keypad is as follows:


 




 


The three buttons are defined as PRG, UP, and SET.


PRG key: In any state, pressing the PRG key displays the current function group menu number, which can be changed by pressing the UP key;


● UP key: Under the function group menu, the UP key can be used to increment the group number. Currently, there are 13 function group menus defined for MCB controllers. Therefore, the UP key can cycle the function group menu number, namely 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11A, B, C, 0. In addition, in specific function group data menus, the UP key can also be used for data (simple commands) input;


SET key: Under the function group menu, press the SET key to enter the data menu of that function group. In the data menu under a specific functional group, after entering a simple command and pressing the SET key to save, the operation panel defaults to displaying the F0 menu.




As shown in Figure 4-2, it is a schematic diagram of using the keypad to call the elevator to the 5th floor:




 




 


The functions of each menu on the keypad are described as follows:


F0: Floor and operating direction information


The default data menu display for power on is F0, with the last two digits of the 3-digit digital display indicating the current floor where the elevator is located, and the first digit of the digital display used for directional display. When the elevator is stopped, the first digital display does not show. When the elevator is going up or down, the digital display flashes to indicate the direction of the up or down movement. 1: Indicates a system fault reset command, press the SET key to save, clear the current system fault, and then automatically switch to F0


Display the data menu;


2: Indicates the display of the fault time code. Press the SET key to cycle through the display of 11 fault codes and fault times. Press PRG to exit.


F3: Time display


After entering the F3 data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the current system time will be displayed in a loop.


F4: Contract number display


After entering the F4 data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the user's contract number will be displayed in a loop.


F5: Number of runs displayed


Display the number of elevator runs in a loop.


F6: Door opening and closing control


After entering the data menu of F6 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display will show 1-1. At this time, the UP and SET keys represent the commands to open and close the door, respectively. Press the PRG key to exit.


F7: Floor self-learning command input (click to view video)


After entering the data menu of F7 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". You can use the UP key to change the data settings within the range of 0-1, where 1 represents the system floor self-learning command. At this time, press the SET key. When the well self-learning conditions are met,


The elevator starts self-learning in the shaft and switches to displaying the F0 data menu. After self-learning, F7 automatically resets to 0; When the self-learning conditions for the wellbore are not met, it prompts E35 fault.


F8: Testing function


After entering the data menu of F8 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". The setting range of F8 is 0-4, which respectively represent:

After user setting, press the SET key to confirm, and the digital display will show TUNE. The elevator will enter the tuning state. After confirming that the elevator meets the safe operating conditions, press the SET key again to start tuning. After tuning is completed, the keypad will display the current angle for 2 seconds, and then automatically switch to the F0 data menu. Press PRG to exit the tuning state.


FB: Car roof status display


After entering the data menu of FB through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the input and output status of the car roof panel, as shown in Figure 4-1. The meaning of each code segment is as follows:

Set as 0: direction unchanged


Set as 1: Reverse direction


Old 3000 Settings


0 ● The direction remains unchanged;

2. The running direction is the same, but the position pulse direction is reversed;


3. The direction of operation is reversed, and the position pulse direction is the same.




F-d: Emergency and Test Operation Screen Trigger Function

After entering the F-d data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the emergency and test operation screen trigger status. As shown in the following figure, the meaning of each code segment is as follows:




In emergency rescue mode, 12V power supply mode, or shutdown and rolling mode, the system automatically jumps to this interface. Note: When the speed is below 1.000m/s, it will display ". xx m/s"; When the speed is higher than 1m/s, it displays "x.x m/s"; The decimal point positions are different.

SET key: Under the function group menu, press the SET key to enter the data menu of that function group. In the data menu under a specific functional group, after entering a simple command and pressing the SET key to save, the operation panel defaults to displaying the F0 menu.




As shown in Figure 4-2, it is a schematic diagram of using the keypad to call the elevator to the 5th floor:




 




 


The functions of each menu on the keypad are described as follows:


F0: Floor and operating direction information


The default data menu display for power on is F0, with the last two digits of the 3-digit digital display indicating the current floor where the elevator is located, and the first digit of the digital display used for directional display. When the elevator is stopped, the first digital display does not show. When the elevator is going up or down, the digital display flashes to indicate the direction of the up or down movement. In the event of a system malfunction (previously there was no malfunction), the digital display will automatically switch to flashing fault codes. If the fault disappears automatically, it will enter the F0 menu display.


● F1: Keypad call for elevator


After entering the data menu of F1 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the minimum floor of the elevator (as shown in the system function parameter table F6-01). The UP key can be used to set the destination floor, ranging from the minimum floor to the maximum floor. After selecting the floor, press the SET key to save it. The elevator will run towards the set floor and automatically switch to the data menu display of F0.


F2: Fault reset and display of fault time code


After entering the data menu of F2 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0", and the UP key can be used to change data settings within the range of 0-2:


1: Indicates a system fault reset command, press the SET key to save, clear the current system fault, and then automatically switch to F0


Display the data menu;


2: Indicates the display of the fault time code. Press the SET key to cycle through the display of 11 fault codes and fault times. Press PRG to exit.


F3: Time display


After entering the F3 data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the current system time will be displayed in a loop.


F4: Contract number display


After entering the F4 data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the user's contract number will be displayed in a loop.


F5: Number of runs displayed


Display the number of elevator runs in a loop.


F6: Door opening and closing control


After entering the data menu of F6 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display will show 1-1. At this time, the UP and SET keys represent the commands to open and close the door, respectively. Press the PRG key to exit.


F7: Floor self-learning command input (click to view video)


After entering the data menu of F7 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". You can use the UP key to change the data settings within the range of 0-1, where 1 represents the system floor self-learning command. At this time, press the SET key. When the well self-learning conditions are met,


The elevator starts self-learning in the shaft and switches to displaying the F0 data menu. After self-learning, F7 automatically resets to 0; When the self-learning conditions for the wellbore are not met, it prompts E35 fault.


F8: Testing function


After entering the data menu of F8 through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0". The setting range of F8 is 0-4, which respectively represent:

After the user sets, press the SET key to confirm. The digital display flashes and shows "E88", indicating that the elevator is currently in testing mode. Press the PRG key to exit, and the value of F8 will automatically return to zero.


F9: Reserved


FA: Host tuning function


After entering the data menu of FA through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows "0", and the setting range of FA is 0-2

Set as 1: With load tuning


Set as 2: No load tuning




After user setting, press the SET key to confirm, and the digital display will show TUNE. The elevator will enter the tuning state. After confirming that the elevator meets the safe operating conditions, press the SET key again to start tuning. After tuning is completed, the keypad will display the current angle for 2 seconds, and then automatically switch to the F0 data menu. Press PRG to exit the tuning state.


FB: Car roof status display


After entering the data menu of FB through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the input and output status of the car roof panel, as shown in Figure 4-1. The meaning of each code segment is as follows:

FC: Change the direction of the elevator, equivalent to F2-10 function.


Set as 0: direction unchanged


Set as 1: Reverse direction

F-d: Emergency and Test Operation Screen Trigger Function

After entering the F-d data menu through the PRG, UP, and SET keys, the digital display shows the emergency and test operation screen trigger status. As shown in the following figure, the meaning of each code segment is as follows:




In emergency rescue mode, 12V power supply mode, or shutdown and rolling mode, the system automatically jumps to this interface. Note: When the speed is below 1.000m/s, it will display ". xx m/s"; When the speed is higher than 1m/s, it displays "x.x m/s"; The decimal point positions are different.
