Troubleshooting steps for grounding phenomenon of elevator hall door lock!

For the grounding fault of elevator hall door locks, many novice maintenance personnel find it difficult to check. Actually, after sorting it out, it's quite simple. The steps are as follows:


1. Switch the elevator to emergency electric operation in the machine room


2. Power off and lock the power supply


3. Remove the two connecting wires of the door lock circuit terminal on the control cabinet


4 Crossover door lock wires


5. Close and power on


6 emergency electric operation of elevator to the second top floor


7 on the car roof


8 Car roof turning maintenance


9 Car roof maintenance runs to the middle level


Use insulating tape to stick to the contact points of the hall door, but the mechanical lock cannot be opened


11 Car roof maintenance will move the elevator to the next floor


Measure with a multimeter in resistance mode, with the red probe connected to the circuit connection point of the door lock contact and the black probe touching the metal surface of the hall door or guide rail


If the resistance is low or connected to ground, it indicates that the fault point is in the upper half of the shaft


If the resistance value is not found to be small, it indicates that the fault point is in the lower half of the shaft


Conduct measurement and confirmation of the lower half of the shaft during the maintenance of the top of the 15 car


16 If confirmed in the second half


Apply insulating tape to the contact points of the door lock contacts in the middle layer of the lower section, and use the same troubleshooting method to measure and judge until the fault point is found, and the fault is restored


Remove the insulation tape adhered to the contact points of door locks on all these floors


19. Restore the wiring of the door lock circuit on the control cabinet


20. Connect all hall door lock circuits


Elevator 21 returns to normal
